I collaborate with a globally recognised print house, trusted by prestigious institutions such as the The National Gallery & Kew Gardens. With printing facilities strategically located in the UK, USA, Netherlands, and Australia, we aim to print and dispatch items from the nearest facility to your destination. By doing so, we not only maintain exceptional quality but also actively reduce the carbon footprint associated with each order.

Processing/Printing:

Generally 1 - 7 business days but this can be slightly longer during holiday periods such as Christmas - your patience and understanding is really appreciated in these instances.

Made to order Art Prints generally take 2 - 7 days for printing, before the following estimated standard shipping times apply:

USA: 3 - 14  days   -  £9.50 (Free Shipping over £100)

Australia: 3 - 14 days - £9.50 (Free Shipping over £100)

Europe: 4 - 14 days   -  £9.50 (Free Shipping over £100)

Everywhere else: 1 - 3 weeks  -  £12.50 (Free Shipping over £150)

 

During busy holiday periods such as Christmas, delivery times may be slightly longer due to high demand. Your patience and understanding during these periods are truly appreciated. 💞

You must purchase TRACKED shipping for Original Art work. Please keep an eye on your tracking and be in for your delivery, This Wild Soul will not be held responsible for any damage, theft, re-delivery or loss of original artwork because you were not in at the time specified by your tracking.

4 - 10 days.

Shipping:
UK: 4 - 10 days.
USA & everywhere else: 2 - 6 weeks (unless you live somewhere a bit out of the ordinary like Papau New Guinea or something, in which case it will be 4 - 8 weeks)

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply, as these are determined by the destination country. This Wild Soul cannot be held accountable for delays caused by customs. If you are purchasing art prints from the USA, UK or Australia they will be printed and shipped domestically within these countries so will not go through customs.​
